Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where:
- The product is defective, or
- The damage was caused during transportation
Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
If a customer refuses delivery without valid cause, they will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Return & Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection and the relevant EU legislation, customers purchasing products online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date they receive their order, without providing any reason.
Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email within the 14-day period, clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
The returned product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging, together with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund will be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product or proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products manufactured according to the customer's specifications.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not returned in their original condition.
- Any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective product or if the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
